Earnings Disclaimer & Risk Factors
Earnings Disclaimer & Risk Factors
Automatic Cash Flows (ACF) — AutomaticCashFlows.com
Last Updated: 07/20/2025
You understand and agree that there are important risk factors to consider when deciding whether to purchase products or services within the Automatic Cash Flows (ACF) Product Line.
NO EARNINGS PROJECTIONS, PROMISES, OR REPRESENTATIONS
You acknowledge that ACF has made no implications, warranties, promises, suggestions, projections, representations, or guarantees whatsoever to you about future prospects or earnings—nor that you will earn any money—with respect to your purchase of the ACF Product Line. We have not authorized any such projection, promise, or representation by others.
Any earnings or income statements—or examples—are only estimates of what we think you could earn. There is no assurance you will do as well as stated in any examples. If you rely on any figures provided, you must accept the entire risk of not doing as well as the information provided. This applies whether the earnings or income examples are monetary in nature or pertain to advertising credits (whether or not such credits are convertible to cash).
There is no assurance that any prior successes or past results (monetary or advertising credits, whether convertible to cash or not) will apply to you, nor may any prior successes be used as an indication of your future success. Any and all claims or representations as to income or earnings are not to be considered “average earnings.”
THE ECONOMY
Economic conditions—local, national, and global—introduce additional uncertainty and risk. An economic slowdown, recession, or depression may negatively affect any results produced by the ACF Product Line.
YOUR SUCCESS OR LACK OF IT
Your success in using the information or strategies provided at www.automaticcashflows.com depends on many factors. We do not know you, your background, work ethic, dedication, motivation, desire, or business skills/practices. Therefore, we do not guarantee or imply that you will become wealthy, achieve similar results to any example, or achieve any earnings (monetary or advertising credits, whether convertible to cash or not).
Operating internet businesses and generating earnings therefrom involve unknown risks and are not suitable for everyone. You may not rely on any information on the website or otherwise provided by us unless you do so with the understanding that you can experience significant losses, including (but not limited to) the loss of any monies paid to purchase the ACF Product Line, and/or any monies spent setting up, operating, and/or marketing the ACF Product Line—and that you may have no earnings at all.
FORWARD-LOOKING STATEMENTS
Materials on this website or in materials purchased and/or downloaded may contain forward-looking statements within the meaning of the Private Securities Litigation Reform Act of 1995. Forward-looking statements express our expectations or forecasts of future events. You can identify these statements because they are not strictly historical or current facts and may use words such as “anticipate,” “estimate,” “expect,” “project,” “intend,” “plan,” “believe,” and similar terms. Any and all forward-looking statements on this website or in our materials are intended to express our opinion of earnings potential. Many factors will affect your actual results, and no guarantees are made that you will achieve results similar to ours or anyone else’s; in fact, no guarantees are made that you will achieve any results from our ideas and techniques.
DUE DILIGENCE
You are advised to conduct your own due diligence when making business decisions and should exercise caution and seek the advice of qualified professionals. Consult your accountant, lawyer, or professional advisor before acting on this—or any—information. No examples, documents, or other content on the website or otherwise provided by us constitute legal advice. Consult your own attorney for legal questions.
We assume no responsibility for any losses or damages resulting from your use of any link, information, or opportunity contained within the website or within any information disclosed by the owner of this site in any form whatsoever.
PURCHASE PRICE
Although we believe the price is fair for the value you receive, you understand and agree that the purchase price for the ACF Product Line has been arbitrarily set by us and bears no relationship to objective standards.
TESTIMONIALS, CASE STUDIES & EXAMPLES
Testimonials, case studies, and examples found at www.automaticcashflows.com reflect exceptional results, do not represent the typical purchaser’s experience, do not apply to the average person, and are not intended to represent or guarantee that anyone will achieve the same or similar results. If “typical results” are disclosed based on information from a manufacturer or other reputable third-party source, you should presume those typical results are more reliable than the testimonials and examples shown. However, you should always perform your own due diligence and not take such results at face value. We are not responsible for any errors or omissions in typical results information supplied to us by manufacturers or other reputable third parties.
Where specific income or earnings (monetary or advertising credits, whether convertible to cash or not) are attributed to a specific individual or business, that individual or business earned that amount. There is no assurance you will do as well using the same information or strategies. If you rely on specific income or earnings figures, you accept all risk of not doing as well. The described experiences are atypical. Your financial results will likely differ.
If a product or service is new, it may not have been available long enough to provide an accurate earnings history.

1. Acceptance of Terms
Welcome to Automatic Cash Flows (ACF), a division of Weberg Enterprises LLC (“Weberg,” “we,” “us,” “our”). We provide the Service to you subject to these Terms of Service (“TOS”), which we may update from time to time without prior notice. When you use any Weberg-owned or -operated services, you and Weberg are also subject to any posted guidelines or rules applicable to such services.
2. Description of Service
Weberg Enterprises LLC provides access to a collection of resources through its network of properties, including communication tools, hosting, forums, shopping services, personalized content, and branded programming (the “Service”). You understand and agree:
-
The Service may include advertisements necessary for Weberg to provide the Service.
-
The Service may include certain communications from Weberg (e.g., service announcements, administrative messages, newsletters) as part of membership; you may not be able to opt out of these.
-
New features that augment or enhance the Service are subject to these TOS unless stated otherwise.

The Service is provided “AS IS”. Weberg assumes no responsibility for timeliness, deletion, mis-delivery, or failure to store any communications or personalization settings.

If any information is untrue, inaccurate, not current, or incomplete—or Weberg has reasonable grounds to suspect so—Weberg may suspend or terminate your account and refuse any and all current or future use of the Service.

If your storage space contains files that facilitate exploits (e.g., XSS), affected files may be removed or suspended. Keeping software updated is your responsibility; neglect may result in service interruptions.

Weberg has no responsibility or liability for deletion or failure to store any communications or other Content maintained or transmitted by the Service. Weberg may modify these general practices and limits from time to time.
Weberg may suspend any account that it judges to be limiting resources for other shared-hosting users. If your account becomes too resource-intensive for the shared server, we may ask you to upgrade to a dedicated solution.
10. Modifications to Service
Weberg reserves the right at any time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Service (or any part thereof) with or without notice. Weberg is not liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service.
